1. How to Use the 'Text Preview Option': If you'd like to add custom text to your order, ensure that the "Additional Customizations" box is selected. The associated cost will be displayed at that time. To begin customizing, enter your desired text under the "Want to preview your text customization?" section. Here, you can experiment with the placement, font, and color of your text.

Once you're happy with your design, you have two options:
1. Select a placement option from the dropdown menu.
2. Alternatively, you can simply use our real time editor to update the location of your desired customization on the product image itself which will be saved upon completion of the order. 
Please note: Customizations will only be processed if the "Additional Customizations" box is selected, and the associated fee (9.99 CAD) has been paid.

2. How to Create a Custom Shirt or Onesie in the DIY Product Section:

  1. Select Your Design Combinations: Begin by choosing the desired combination of designs from the options provided. It’s important to select the correct button as customizations will ONLY be made based on your selections in this step.

  2. Upload Your Main Design: Once your selections are made, you can upload your main design following these guidelines:

    • Images should be simple and feature only 2-3 solid colors (no gradients or shading).
    • Portraits or complex caricatures are not accepted to ensure clean, high-quality prints.

  3. Add a Secondary Design: You have the option to add a secondary design, which can be either:

    • A text-based design, or
    • Another uploaded image, adhering to the same rules as the main design.

  4. Place Your Designs: Use our real-time editor to arrange all of your selected and uploaded designs on the shirt or onesie. Please note, customizations will ONLY be made based on the design combinations chosen in the first step. Once you place your order, the real time editor will leave your image with your customizations to ensure they are placed exactly where you want.

3. What are your shipping costs and timelines?

4. Why is there no tax on products I purchase from your store? 

This is a limited time offer at our store. We are covering shipping (all over Canada with reduced rates elsewhere) and taxes to ensure you can keep more of your money while getting a product made exactly the way you want. 

5. Do you guys fulfill bulk/group orders?

Yes we do. Our bulk/group orders are of two fold: 

a) Group orders from our product pages come with unique discounts such as our 'Buy 4 get the 5th FREE' discount. 

b) Groups orders with specific requirements (i.e. school student council, soccer team etc): Please reach out to us through our 'contact us' page including details of the design, quantity and customizations of shirts you require. Our team will contact you via email to discuss bringing your group order to fruition.
